Respondents Prayer: Originally this petition has been filed as Original Application No.592 of 2003 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, petition has been transferred and numbered as W.P.No.12655 of 2007. Petition filed praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the third respondent in relation to his proceedings issued in D.O.No.1366/2002/A1/54682/2002 dated 12.11.2002 and quash the same in so far as the applicants are concerned and further to direct the third respondent to implement the order dated 29.08.2002 passed by him in D.O.No.1048/2002/A1/54682/2002. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners, to call for the records of the third respondent in relation to his proceedings issued in D.O.No.1366/2002/A1/54682/2002 dated 12.11.2002, and quash the same and further direct the third respondent to implement the order in D.O.No.1048/2002/A1/54682/2002 dated 29.08.2002.
2. There is no representation for the petitioners. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader has filed a letter sent by the Superintendent of Police, Kanniyakumari District to him dated 10.12.2014, wherein, it was stated that the request of
petitioners was considered and orders was also issued on 28.10.2004. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 28.10.2004.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
