This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to report before the Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act cases, Salem instead of the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30717 of 2022 vide order dated 13.12.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30717 of 2022 by order dated 13.12.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act cases, Salem on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.
