Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of respondents 1 & 2 and quash their impugned order dt.21.2.2004 granting LPG Distributorship of Bharat Gas for Mohanur Location at Namakkal District by placing the 3rd respondent first in the merit list superseding the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to grant LPG Distributorship for the said location to the petitioner.
