ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to conduct proper election to the post of Board of Directors AA354 Eruttipalayam Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society Ltd, Eruttipalayam, Sathyamangalam T.K., Erode District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the election to the Board of the Directors was already over on 06.08.2018 and subsequently, the office bearers were also elected to the society and he has also produced the copy of the resolution passed to that effect.
4. In the above circumstances, since already election is over, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted . However, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the election in the manner known to law, if the petitioner has any grievance.
