2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27955 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
