ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within the stipulated time in connection with above said Crime No.03 of 2019 dated 01/08/2019 on the file of Inspector Police, (V&AC) Tiruvarur Police station, Tiruvarur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice to issue a direction to the law enforcing agency to complete the investigation and file a final report within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation will be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order and thereafter a final report will be filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of six months and file a final report after completion of the investigation. With the above lines, this petition is disposed of. consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions if any, is closed.
