This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, instead of R.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai" as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.181 of 2023 on 06.01.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on every Wednesday daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.

3. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
