2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.3004 of 2024 has been filed challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18604 of 2020 dated 06.10.2023 and in which, an order of interim stay has been granted for a period of eight weeks.
