This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.16291 of 2021 dated 05.08.2021.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent had forwarded an order dated 11.03.2024 in Na.Ka.No.1185/2020/A1 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvallur District giving directions to the Tashildar to comply with the directions of the Court. The petitioner must apply a fresh through online by following due procedure and I am confident that the directions in the writ petition, would be scrupulously followed by the respondent.

4.The direction is given to the Tashildar, Pallipattu Taluk Office, Pallipattu to, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of online application by the petitioner in proper form, a final order should be passed. 5.With the above observation, this contempt petition stands closed. 15.03.2024 rjr 2/3
