C.M.P.No.3002 of 2018 and A.S.No.892 of 2012 P.T.ASHA.J., The proposed respondents has been served in the above application.
However, they have not entered appearance. The petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 5 and 6 as the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent and bring them on record in the first appeal as respondents 5 and 6.
2.From the affidavit filed in support of the application, it appears that they are only the legal heirs on whom the cause of action is now subjudiced. This petition is therefore ordered as prayed for.
3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
