(CR.NO.164/2013) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail, by suspending the Sentence, imposed in S.C.No. 63 of 2017 by the Hon`ble Sessions Judge, Namakkal dated 04/03/2020, pending disposal of the above CRL.A.NO.260 of 2020 IN CRL.MP.NO.1277/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PHILIP RAVINDRAN JESUDOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This is the second bail petition and the earlier bail petition in Crl.M.P.No.4227 of 2020 has been dismissed by this Court on 24.09.2020 by a detailed order. Since there is no change in fact situation, we are not inclined to grant the relief of suspension of sentence and bail at this juncture.

2. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
