ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 26.07.2023 in WP.No.3225 of 2022.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the Order of this Court has been complied with and an amount of Rs. 3,29,668/- has been drawn and paid to the petitioner. The petitioner has also acknowledged vide letter dated 23.02.2023 and the same is produced before this Court.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Order of this Court is complied and no contempt is made out. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
