ORDER
This writ petition has been filed praying to set aside the impugned order, which has been passed by the second respondent cancelling the Bar license granted to the petitioner, due to certain violations of the conditions for running the bar. 2.When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the license granted to the petitioner to run the bar, was only for a period of one year and at this point of time, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the authorities for return of Earnest Money Deposit deposited by the petitioner. 4.The license for running the bar was granted on 30.04.2015. Since the period of license was only for a period of one year, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the authorities for return of Earnest Money Deposit. Considering the said request, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the authorities by making an application for return of the Earnest Money Deposit, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such application is made, the authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
