Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to effect fresh paper publication in anyone of the Tamil newspaper circulated widely in the area concerned, on or before 09/07/2017, indicating the date of hearing of the Second Appeal as 17.07.2017. Proof of such paper publication shall be filed before this Court on or before 12/07/2017.
