This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.28446 and 28534 of 2022 by common order dated 22.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
