ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to sanction the educational scholarship to the petitioner's daughter V.Harini from the "Chief Minister's General Relief Fund". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
