The petitioner/A3 in Crime No.307 of 2023, registered by the respondent for the offences under Sections 449 & 302 of IPC and remanded to judicial custody on 18.12.2023, seeks bail.
2.The petitioner is the wife of the deceased. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner had relationship with A1. A2 is said to be a relative of A1. Taking the husband to be an obstruction, the accused had committed the offence of murder. The defacto complainant is the mother of the deceased.
3.It is stated that investigation is still pending. Let it proceed some more further and thereafter, the issuance of bail can be considered. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
