O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to return the original Sale Deed dated 14.03.2006.

2. The above Writ Petition was allowed by this Court by an order dated 09.04.2007. Thereafter the petition came to be filed in MP No.1 of 2009 seeking to recall the order on the ground that the petitioner had played a fraud and obtained an order before this Court.

3. On carefully going through the order passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2007 dated 24.11.2009, it is seen that the petitioner had suppressed vital facts regarding the pendency of the civil proceedings between the parties and had attempted to snatch an order from this Court. This Court specifically held that the order was obtained by playing fraud upon the Court.

4. In view of the above order, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in the Writ Petition. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
