Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the entire proceedings in A.R.C.No.71 of 2013 dated 30.10.2013 on the file the 1st respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to conduct fair and unbiased adjudication in A.R.C.No.71 of 2013 by furnishing the certified copies of the proceedings so as to enable me to file counter and contest the matter on merits as contemplated under the Chit Funds Act.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the arbitrator at the instance of the third respondent chit company for having defaulted in payment of the chit amount. 2.In the Writ petition no interim order was granted and only notice was permitted on 13.05.2015. However, during the pendency of the Writ petition, award has been passed on 27.06.2016 and the copy of the same has been produced before this Court by the learned Counsel for the third respondent. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this Writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out their remedy if they are aggrieved over the award passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
