..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the activity of the petitioner partnership firm in selling the IRDA licenced Insurance Policy of Life Insurance Corporation and selling the same through its Coordinators by using the Referal Marketing system by using the Referal / Net Work Marketing System is legal and not in contravention of the Provisions of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 and consequently forbearing the respondents from any manner by themselves or their subordinates or agents or men from in any manner interfering with the lawful business https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
activities of the petitioner partnership firm by either freezing of accounts or interfering in the conduct of the Seminars and Promotional Meetings held for the Coordinators and Prospective Coordinators.
