The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to direct the respondents to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri in STC No.955 of 2014 and to take necessary legal action.

2. The petitioner filed complaint in STC No.955 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, against one K.Ganesh Pandi/ accused. Since the accused did not appear before the trial Court, during trial, non bailable warrant was issued against him and since the same was not executed, the petitioner has filed this petition.

3. There is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the non bailable warrant will be executed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same has not yet been executed.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
