ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 296 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel who takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the second respondent remained exparte before the tribunal and hence, notice to the second respondent may be dispensed with and also made endorsement to that effect. Therefore, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 296 days in filing the appeal is condoned. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order. 06-01-2025 CMP NO. 30054 of 2024
