(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The only relief sought in this writ petition is a direction to the fourth respondent to dispose of the appeal in A.P. No.10 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame.
Having regard to the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioner, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents, as disposal of appeal would only sub-serve the purpose of filing of appeal.

Accordingly, we direct the fourth respondent to consider taking up the appeal expeditiously and take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. Costs made easy.
