(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, an Ex-Councilor of Kuniyamuthur village seeks to raise the issue about the selling of unapproved housing sites, which affects the public at large. In our view, no aggrieved parties have come to the Court. In any case, the larger issue of selling of unapproved housing sites has received our attention in two writ petitions being W.P.No.3073 of 2013, decided on 15.06.2016 and W.P.No.12847 of 2013, decided on 27.06.2016, where directions have been issued to the State Government In view thereof, no further directions are required in this writ petition.
