JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 16.10.2001 passed in A.S.No.194 of 1991 confirming the judgment and decree dated 06.09.1991 passed in O.S.No.1 of 1986 on the file of the District Munsif, Ariyalur.

2. The sole appellant died long back. This Court had given enough opportunity to the LR's of the sole deceased appellant to implead themselves as party in appeal. Even till today, they have not taken any steps to implead them as LR's of the deceased appellant. It shows that they have no interest to proceed further with this second appeal.

3. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
