Comp.A.Nos.349 & 350 of 2021 were filed to set aside the sale. Comp.A.Nos.80 & 81 of 2022 are for impleading the auction purchaser in the said applications. Without doubt, the auction purchaser is a necessary party to an application to set aside the sale. None of the parties have any objection to this application being allowed. Accordingly, Comp.A.Nos.80 & 81 of 2022 are allowed by impleading the fifth and sixth respondents therein as the fifth and sixth respondents in Comp.A.Nos.349 & 350 of 2021. The applicant is permitted to carry out the consequential amendment and serve a copy of the amended application on the respondents prior to the next date of hearing.
