[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Abdul Saleem S/o.Abdul Hakeem, who has been branded as Goonda under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in Cr.M.P.No.04/Goonda/2018-C1 dated 03.05.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.04/Goonda/2018-C1 dated 03.05.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.2485, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 13.06.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.
