O R D E R

(Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's husband namely G.Devaraj, aged 63 years and son of the petitioner Raveendran, son of G.Devaraj, aged 30 years, before this Court and set them at liberty.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first detenu namely, G.Devaraj, S/o.Govindasamy has been arrested in connection with the case registered in Crime No.18/2020 for the offence under Sections 302, 380 and 120B IPC. and that he has been remanded to judicial custody on 23.01.2020 before the Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.As there is no illegal detention and that the first detenu has been remanded to judicial custody, pursuant to the above criminal case, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
