This petition has been filed to accept the change in cause title removing the name of the second respondent, namely, V.Suresh, in I.D.No.161 of 2019 dated 27.07.2022, due to the fact that the second respondent in I.D.No.161 of 2019 had died. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of I.D.No.161 of 2019, the second respondent died and hence, his name may be removed. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
