O R D E R

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.A.No.1472 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.1472 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the condition that the petitioner/appellant concerned shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai at 10.30 a.m., every day until further orders. He further submitted that since the petitioner is a resident of Cuddalore, due to the said condition, he still remains in Chennai. He further undertakes that if the aforesaid condition is relaxed, the petitioner will not cause any disturbance to the victim and her family members. 2/5

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. She further submitted that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is also filed before the appropriate Court.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels and also the undertaking given by the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.1472 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Karuveppilankurichi Police Station, Cuddalore, once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
