ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.12.2019 for the offences publishable under Sections 294 (b), 341, and 307 of IPC in Crime No.216 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.It is the case of the prosecution is that on 29.12.2019, when the defacto complainant was proceeding from Avadi to Tiruttani by train, 3 unknown persons pushed him down from the running train as a result of which, he sustained grievous injuries. On enquiry, it came to light that the wife of the defacto complainant had illegal intimacy with the petitioner and the same was questioned by the complainant. Therefore, the defacto complainant's wife/A1, instigated the petitioner/A2 to murder the defacto complainant. Accordingly, the attempted to murder the complainant as mentioned above. Hence, Complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that earlier the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.OP.No.784 of 2020 and this Court vide order dated 13.01.2020 dismissed the said petition, hence he vehemently opposed for the grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Heard both sides. Since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.784 of 2020, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
