ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to provide the Police Protection to the petitioner on 26.05.2016 9A.M for construction his House (No.203A, Mela Street, Iyenpettai, Walajapath Taluk, Kanchipuram) with reference to the petitioner representation to the respondents on 02.05.2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
