This Contempt Petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.4864 of 2016, dated 14.02.2019.

2. Mr.T.N.C.Kaushik, learned Government Advocate would state that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4864 of 2016, dated 14.02.2019, the District Collector conducted survey and passed orders on 27.09.2021. The said order is placed on record.
