This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 3 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police, for offences under Sections 274 (b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s), g (2c) of SC, ST POA Act, 1989 as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation had been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned II Additional District Judge, Puducherry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy), the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.
