This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2016 dated 23.04.2016 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file of the respondent and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the charge-sheet has already been filed. The original petition has been filed to quash the FIR. Since the charge-sheet has been filed, the petition has become infructuous.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the charge-sheet has been filed during the pendency of stay, liberty may be given to file a fresh petition for quashing the charge-sheet. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
