ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months and he shall also appear before the trial Court hearing regularly without fail and if any deviation, bail https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL MP NO. 1682 of 2025 granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled in Crl.O.P.no.28834 of 2024 order dated 28.11.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complying with the orders of this Court regularly and hence, prayed for dismissal of the same.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition, it is clear that the petitioner is not complying with the orders passed by this Court regularly and hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 04-02-2025 vca CRL OP NO. 28834 of 2024
