This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months in Crl.M.P.No.18909 of 2022 by order dated 19.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
