CRIME NO.1033/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19515 of 2020 vide dated 05/01/2021 and permit the petitioners/petitioners/accused to deposit the sum of Rs.81,086/- and pass such other or other suitable order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of N.SELVARAJU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition 6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19515 of 2020 on 05.01.2021 directing the petitioners to deposit the sum of Rs.81,086/- each to the credit of Crime No.1033 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19515 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021 is modified and two weeks time is granted by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.81.086/- only to the credit of Crime No.1033 of 2020 before the learned Magistrate within a period of fifteen days from today.
