O R D E R

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 23.07.2018 and thereby direct to grant permission to him to conduct the "cultural programmes" in the Ärulmigu Muthu Mari Amman" temple festival which is going to be held on 12.08.2018.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 23.07.2018 for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 12.08.2018, the respondent has not passed orders till today. 4.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017, in similar circumstances, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

5.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2018. and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 11.08.2018.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
