This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by the respondent police in Crime No. not Known of 2019 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
