ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, to recall the nonbailable warrant pending against petitioner in Spl.S.C.No.8 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur on the petition being filed under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C.

2. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court (Principal District Judge, Tiruppur) and file a petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such surrender and filing of the petition, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the said petition (either to allow or dismiss) on the same day, without any adjournment.
