The petitioner seeks direction upon the first respondent/Police to register an FIR against the second respondent, based on the complaint, dated 13.04.2015.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.642 of 2015. 3.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with direction to the first respondent/Police to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and proceed further in accordance with law by registering a crime, if any cognizable offence is made out, by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
