ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1272 of 1997 and to file a final report.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is of the year 1997, the petitioner is now settled in USA and he is not inclined to further proceed with the complaint. Hence, the 1st respondent may close the FIR and drop the further action.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that based on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the further action of FIR in Crime No.1272 of 1997 will be closed and dropped. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
