ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.S.VIMALA,J.,) This petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue, seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to secure and produce his wife Pushpalatha, aged 34 years, before this Court.

2. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court. When we enquired the detenue, she stated that becuase of mis-understanding with her husband, she is staying away from her husband and there is no coercion, threat and compulsion from any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of her relatives or from the petitioner, in staying away from her husband. She further stated that now, she is working in a Private Company and is staying at Sai Women's Hostel, Saidpet.

3. Recording the said statement, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
