O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present revision is for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that though the suit was initiated in the year 2019, initially the suit is posted for judgement on 25.11.2019 and thereafter, the same was adjourned periodically for clarification. Due to lock down, the entire nation has been facing a difficult situation. Hence, the Court below could not take up the matter.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District MunsifCum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to post the suit in O.S.No.59 of 2019 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and if any clarification is needed, the same should be clarified within two days and after getting clarification, the learned judge should pronounce the judgement within a period of two weeks thereafter.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
