Though at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Since the writ petition is pending from the year 2007, despite several opportunities given, the learned counsel for the petitioner protracted the proceedings and he has not co-operated for final disposal of the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
