(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J) After some arguments, Mr.D.Jagadeesan, learned counsel for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of petitioner to come up with a similar prayer if circumstances change.
2. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the case file.
3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of as closed albeit preserving all the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
