This application is filed to relax the conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Pondicherry, in Cr.M.P.No.915 of 2015 in Cr.No.22 of 2015, dated 30.04.2015.

The learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Pondicherry, while modifying the conditions imposed in the bail application in Cr.M.P.No.775 of 2015, dated 08.04.2015, has further modified that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal, daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 15 days. 3.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the petitioner are complying with the said condition, without fail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to totally relax the said condition. 5.

Hence, this petition is ordered accordingly.
