Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order in Na.K.A4/3650/2005 dated 14.03.2007 passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same and further direct the respondents not to recover the salary amount of May & June 2006 from the members of the petitioner union.
