O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed as Malaikatti by proceedings of Hereditary Trustee of Arulmighu Vanabadrakaliamman Temple, Thekampatti by order dated 18.09.1999. The second respondent appears to have approved the appointment by proceedings dated 8.11.2000. Subsequently, the petitioner was given additional charge to function as Parisaragar. The petitioner submitted representations on 10.03.2014 and 5.9.2014, requesting the respondents to consider his candidature for promotion to the post of Parisaragar. Since there was no follow up action taken by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.

2 The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 10.03.2014 and 5.9.2014, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
